New Service Request

All New Service Requests must be made in the office between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday - Friday. You have to provide the following in order for your request to be fulfilled.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Social Security Card
  • $85 Meter Deposit (Owners)
  • $125 Meter Deposit (Renters)
  • $50 Reconnect Fee (only if meter has been pulled and needs to be reinstalled)
  • Proof of ownership or a Renters lease
  • Fill out a customer information sheet
  • Cash or money order for your initail set up. After you have established a new account you may pay your bill with Debit/Credit Card.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAPERWORK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.

Pricing for a TAP on water service to a new home, mobile home or exsisting residence that has never had city water, you will need to call the office for pricing or come to the office.
