The Mountain Top Public Water Authority offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Pay your Bill Online

We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, Nexbillpay. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card for a $2.50 fee. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. We also can take E-Checks for a $2 charge. Just click the Pay Your Bill Now button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment in enough time that we recieve it before the 10th of the month. Any payments recieved after the 10th will have a 10% late charge added to your account. We do not go by postmark dates.  Late Notices are mailed out on the morning of the 11th.

Automatic Bank Draft through Mt Top Water

This option is worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft you must come to the office and sign a release form along with a voided check with your bank account number on it. All Automatic Bank Drafts will be deducted from your checking account on the 3rd of every month. You will still receive a monthly statement to let you know how much will be deducted out of your account. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office @ 501-362-5803.

Returns for Insufficient Funds, Closed or Froze Accounts

If you pay Day Before, Day of, or Day After SHUT OFF, and you have a return for Insufficient Funds you will be charged a $50 disconnect fee on top of the $25 return fee. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. We currently do not accept Debit/Credit cards at the office. For easy access we have a drive through or you are welcome to come into the office to pay. If you can not make it durring business hours we have a drop off box located next to the drive through window. Payments made this way will be recieved the folowing morning. This also includes weekends. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Please note that Payments will be taken out of your account right away and your bank will print out a check and put it in the mail for delivery. Please consult with your bank for more information.
